Elkwood Ave #B, Imperial Beach, CA 91932 Nado Don's Cyber Solutions is a Southern California based Computer/Internet Consulting firm serving Coronado, Imperial Beach, metropolitan San Diego (South of I-8 & West of I-805) as well as parts of National City & Chula Vista, California. I specialize in PC style computers using Windows Operating systems with 25 years + of experience to back it up. I also work on MAC OS X & their software. I also provide products & services to small businesses, families & individuals who are getting started working with computers or interested in utilizing the tremendous marketing potential of the Web. My rates are $60 per hour prorated to time on site with a $25 minimum for showing up for a service call. Exceptions to this are noted below under the service descriptions. Unlike other computer consulting firms, this is NOTa flat fee structure & I bill to the nearest 1/4 hour after the $20 minimum. If it only takes me half an hour to fix your issue, it only costs you $30. The following is a description of consulting services available
Expert advice on the type of computer system, software & peripherals that suit your specific business or personal needs. I can also help install your system, provide initial setup guidance & tutoring. Software & Hardware Troubleshooting I provide in home troubleshooting of IBM clones & major name brand computers. In depth offsite troubleshooting available with a 24 to 48 hr average turn around time. I also can troubleshoot MAC OS X & software trouble. I provide in home/on site software & peripheral (scanners, printers, etc...) installations. On site hardware installation available for common hardware upgrades such as RAM, modems , multi-media packages & SCSI interface cards. In shop installation/upgrades for all other hardware also available with a 24-48 hour turn around time. On site /in-home training available for the beginning computer user covering everything from keyboard familiarization to Windows customizing. The lessons are tailored to the customer's computer knowledge level & learning speed. In-home/on-site training available for most common software programs loaded on new IBM & IBM clone computers and a few specialty programs.
